Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Production Engineering/ Mechanical/ EEE from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist, manage & execute overall purchase requirements of the company and ensure on time delivery of products
∎ Assist in vendor selection/enlistment through comparative study. Negotiate with vendors for getting products at a reasonable, market competitive prices
∎ Prepare purchase order & all kinds of bills of purchase and complete necessary procedures within stipulated time frame
∎ Ensure product specification in time of procurement to reduce the rejection of purchased items
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly reports and ensure on- time entry of all purchase records in ERP
∎ Recommend new ideas for improving the procurement process that improves cost efficiency for the department
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experience in the procurement department of any Group of Companies Experience in feed mill equipment procurement will be preferred
∎ Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and using in-house ERP modules
∎ Multitask and assist cross functional teams if required
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla

Salary:
∎ Emolument: The remuneration will be competitive, depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate.
