Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procure various local items like- Chemicals, IT goods and accessories, Servers, Toner & Ribbons, Networking items and accessories, CCTV cameras and accessories, Tools and equipment, Office Machines, IP Phone, Mobile Phone, Repair and maintenance items for Computer, Tab, Printer & RT sets and others electronics items.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
∎ Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
∎ Manage the procurement process, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
∎ Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO, JIT, and safety stock calculations.
∎ Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
