Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline (Preferably from Engineering/Business Background)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and establish standard inventory management policy & planning and review time to time.
∎ Maintaining inventory and stock of store including physical verification and reconciliation.
∎ Monitoring distribution of materials as per approved requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented.
∎ Prepare various type of reports regarding inventory management.
∎ Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with commercial, accounts, purchase, supply chain and concern departments regarding inventory issues.
∎ Monitor issuing materials against approved requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
∎ Good control in data-based management (Preferably experienced in ERP) competent to handle audit from any parties.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superiors and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have sound knowledge in G-Suite, MS Excel, ERP software.
∎ Experience in Inventory management in Telco/ IIG is highly preferable.
