∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating existing ones.
∎ Request for quotations (RFQs) and manage the bidding process.
∎ Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers·
∎ Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships.
∎ Track order status and ensure timely delivery and coordinate with warehouse team for smooth receiving process.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages & work promptly mitigate the shortfall.
∎ Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation, keep software updated.
∎ Coordinate with account for supplier bill processing and ensure payment in time.
∎ Assist in the resolution of any issues or disputes with suppliers.
∎ Assist with other procurement-related tasks as assigned.
∎ Assist in Handling LC opening, TT processing, and customs clearance seamlessly.
