∎ Age 24 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the costing team by collecting raw material prices within 2 days for substation, BBT, Solar & Transformer
∎ Ensure smooth processing of requisitions (RFQ, CS, PO, Advance, Delivery, etc.) within 5-7 working days, maintaining accuracy in implementation.🔸
∎ Provide on-time logistic support to ensure deliveries are completed within 1-2 days.
∎ Arrange and provide manpower for installation work (Solar, Substation, Earthing, etc.) within 2-3 days.
∎ Continuously monitor market prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing of raw materials.
∎ Ensure bill and IOU adjustments within 5-7 working days after receiving the Goods Received Note (GRN).
∎ Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Factory, and Project teams for vendor payment, tracking, delivery, and installation to meet deadlines and avoid rework.
