Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate from any Public/ Reputed Private Universities.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have degree & Specialization in Supply Chain Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researches and locates credible vendors and performs due diligence. Structures and negotiates outsourcing arrangements, and monitors adherence to agreed upon service levels.
∎ Forecasting level of demand for products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
∎ Develop outsourcing policies & strategies to maximize vendor effectiveness & also supervise the outsourcing process & procedure R troubleshoot problems to ensure the continuity of business.
∎ Monitor the vendors performance & industry trends.
∎ Develops reputed vendor/3rd party manufacturer to meet up product demand as per sales forecasting.
∎ Keeping contract files & using them as reference for future activities.
∎ Maintain day to day procurement activity as per guidelines.
∎ Source new vendor and maintain vendor database for spare parts and construction material.
∎ Prepare CS based on quotations from vendors.
∎ Conduct market survey for price comparison.
∎ Perform supplier evaluation.
∎ Increase credit period and follow-up & maintain delivery schedule.
∎ Prepare procurement plan to meet business need in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Leadership ability with Strong decision making & quick trouble shooting skill.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Strong communication (Both verbal & Written) ability in Bengali & English.
∎ Good knowledge of Computer Literacy.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally.
Salary: Negotiable
