Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Executive (Store) to join our team and ensure seamless store operations.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, inventory levels, and stock movements.
∎ • Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring proper organization and storage of products.
∎ • Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with procurement to replenish stock as needed.
∎ • Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.
∎ • Quality Assurance: Ensure all goods are stored in compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines.
∎ • Coordination: Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
∎ • Problem-Solving: Address any discrepancies in inventory or other store-related issues promptly and efficiently.
∎ Qualifications and Skills:
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
∎ • Proven experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in the manufacturing industry (Plastics& Polymer).
∎ • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
∎ • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
∎ • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
