Job Responsibilities:
∎ Move materials, spares, and products to ensure that they are in the right place to meet the requirement.
∎ Assist in ensuring the right materials are placed in the appropriate location on time.
∎ Assist in the distribution and transportation of goods from the vendors.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly report.
∎ Maintain stock register and prepare inventory standard, report and send it to relevant personnel & HQ.
∎ Maintain gate pass & Challan and maintain daily material issue requisition slip.
∎ Prepare material receiving record and data input in the computer in excel format.
∎ Ensure purchase challan entry and clearance.
∎ Daily input in to inventory software.
∎ Develop and implement reporting processes for warehouse items.
∎ Assist for an inventory of spare parts and maintain safety stock of spare parts in the warehouse in accordance with inventory software.
∎ Assist to follow up purchase orders, receipts & storage of spare parts and goods.
∎ Responsible for resourcing of material locally.
∎ Identify critical spares to maintain the availability and reliability of the spares.
∎ Maintain good relation with suppliers for their prompt and hassle-free delivery.
∎ Assist with the stocking of shelves and ensuring the store is presentable.
∎ Assist in counting the stock register and checking receipts for accuracy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge of orders, receipts & storage of spare parts and goods.
∎ Good command of both oral and written English & Bangla languages.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, meeting & greeting skills.
∎ Able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
∎ Professional and dependable working attitude.
∎ Ability and willingness to multi-tasking, prioritize and take initiative to meet goals.
∎ Should possess pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
