Job Context:
∎ Astech Ltd. Is the leading plastic packaging industry based in Chittagong and we are giving the packaging solution to the leading Multinational & Local companies.
∎ We are looking for Store Executive, Who is a good team player, and self-motivation to take the challenge to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive, store & issue goods and maintaining records in professional way
∎ Buyer wise inventory and delivery monitor and control.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch
∎ Check issue register as per P.O order sheet
∎ Data Processing of the inventory
∎ Maintain software-based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level
∎ Reporting to HOD/management as per requirement
∎ To maintain store documents & environment as per compliance
∎ Arrange the warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely, and warehouse space is used efficiently
∎ To prepare monthly report and submit to the Department Head & Management
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it updated all time.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement.
∎ Issue materials against approved SR.
∎ Responsible to arrange Monthly, Yearly Physical Inventory of Production, Mechanical Store & submit to the Management in Time.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
