Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise transportation activities, including vehicle maintenance and driver management.
∎ Maintain vehicle/driver movement, fuel usage, repairs, and BRTA documentation registers.
∎ Plan and manage shift truck operations and ensure accurate trip records in the ERP system.
∎ Address driver issues during trips related to delivery routes.
∎ Verify and process bills for fuel, labor, and driver overtime.
∎ Communicate with department heads as required.
