Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active participation in company's general administrative activities as per own position.
∎ Act as a member of sales committee of wastage sale of mills and factories.
∎ Management and control of receipt and dispatch of documents from/to other organizations.
∎ Maintain stocks of office supplies and place demand when necessary.
∎ Maintain and updates of various registers and data.
∎ Ensure maintaining of fuel consumption record of all vehicles by checking and controlling.
∎ Carry out monthly inspection and Identify maintenance standard/ problems/defects if any of any vehicle of the company and approach to the authority to ensure quality repair and maintenance.
∎ Regular visit to workshops to ensure repair and servicing of vehicles whenever required.
∎ Update& keeping records of all documents of all vehicles.
∎ Visit BRTA to complete all kinds of car related formalities (Registration, Fitness, Tax Token, Route Permit, Police Case etc.).
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age: Maximum 45 years (age may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
∎ Minimum 03 years. Candidates having more experience may be given preference.
∎ Knowledge on vehicle operations and maintenance.
∎ Knowledge on registration procedure, renewal of fitness, tax token, insurance, road permit and all other documents.
∎ Able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft Wordand typing skill in both Bangla and English will get preference.
