Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
∎ Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers, Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, Negotiate prices and terms.
∎ Analyse inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
∎ Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, or receiving.
∎ Design, implement, or oversee product take back or reverse logistics.
∎ Responsible for reading inventory reports, and work orders to determine type of Product required availability of stock and order priority.
∎ Must oversee and/or coordinate Product ordering & Ensures PO revisions and confirmations with unit price confirmation, discounts & offer by supplier.
∎ Responsible for Logistics Control with different Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Review and analyse daily in and out Items in Different Outlet.
∎ Responsible for Incoming Invoice review by cross checking of physical & software stock and submission for payment to A/C department.
∎ Contact with Supplier for getting offer, discounts and any other benefits of different product & coordinate with Marketing, Category & training department.
∎ Manage, prepare and report Inventory levels daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly.
∎ Coordinate & actively work with inventory audit team for Inventory counting-monthly/quarterly.
∎ Prepare cycle counting reports, monthly recovery data report, monthly material physical inventory report, monthly material collection report, and customer request reporting.
∎ Different Outlet Logistics Management & Negotiation with Land owner & coordinate with A/C department for Monthly outlet rent disbursement to Land owner.
∎ Managing all activities regarding product availability of new outlet opening.
∎ Any and all other duties as assigned by Higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Knowledge about Pharmaceutical & Non-Pharmaceutical Product.
∎ Strong Interpersonal skills; must be able to lead, delegate, instruct, counsel, coordinate, and correct.
∎ Well-developed oral and written communication skills; strong listening and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with the strategic planning process and scheduling would be helpful.
