Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting all supply activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies.
∎ Develop process for smooth delivery and quality delivery service.
∎ Coordinate with third party courier.
∎ Maintaining faster product sourcing and delivery.
∎ Checking supplier performance and oversees supplier performance, on time delivery, quality, lead time, and resolves performance issues.
∎ Day to day operations of the warehousing space which includes product receiving, checking, dispatching.
∎ Update product stoke and follow up orders with sellers.
∎ Prepare necessary documents for vendors, maintain documentation for merchant partnerships.
∎ Drive actions to improve overall service performance.
∎ Work with internal business stakeholders to improve on cost and SLA from 3PL.
∎ Take process improvement initiatives to reduce spend & cycle time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in ecommerce will be treated as an advantage
∎ Good command over MS office suite and basic web application
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
