Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Masters from any reputed university.
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Purchase/ Procurement, Store Inventory and Control, supply chain management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain inventory of Supply Chain department by using Modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ Receive & issue of all kinds of Raw Materials and accessories by maintaining liaison with factory
∎ Monthly report preparation and maintaining inventory and submit the report to the concerned
∎ Having sound knowledge about spare parts of all machineries.
∎ To check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the Supply Chain department in line with ERP Software.
∎ To check and maintain the MRR, Delivery challan and Gate pass.
∎ To monitor the task of necessary records, registers, ledger and computer reports of the store as well as inventory of stock materials.
∎ To maintain the necessary communication with procurement department for receiving the goods against indent.
∎ To plan and try to build the team work within the department and motivate the team members for better service and better output.
∎ To ensure the safety & security of departmental employee, all storage goods and assets of the company.
∎ To keep track on the movement of materials so that proper utilization of time should possible to establish.
∎ To monitor the accessories posting in ERP Software daily update
∎ To give necessary support to waste management and disposal.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & communication skills (both English & Bangla) are required.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
Salary: Negotiable
