∎ Minimum 03 years of working experience in inventory/store management of LPG plant
∎ Candidates having experience with SAP will be given preference
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office
∎ Confident interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Willing to work under extensive pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure LPG cylinder receive, delivery and autogas delivery operation of satellite plant
∎ Maintain physical stock counting of cylinders everyday
∎ Receive all cylinders from outside/distribution in accordance with challan
∎ Verify whether all cylinders are registered at the security gate and recorded the receipt as per the invoice from distribution
∎ Accommodate faulty cylinders coming from outside in proper place
∎ Reconcile cylinder physical stock with SAP stock data
∎ Handover faulty cylinders to LPG plant QA/QC team with proper documentation
∎ Receive material requisition from production/maintenance team and create PR
∎ Arrange QC check for raw materials
∎ Prepare goods receive note (GRN) on SAP for raw materials
∎ Issue and handover raw materials to production team on time
∎ Receive and issue tools & equipment register/ledger
∎ Coordination with SCM team and vendors for QC rejected materials and make necessary arrangements for replacement
∎ Prepare and maintain gate pass for all outgoing materials and cylinders
