∎ B. Sc. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or MBA/BBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare customer visit plan for generate the sales lead.
∎ Prepare the schedule of project visit for prospective customers to meet their quires.
∎ Generate sales and achieve target as planned
∎ Collect prospects from various sources to meet target and customer portfolio
∎ Develop potential clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients
∎ Deal clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about land to ensure sales
∎ Follow-up with clients according to customer database and update the progress
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about Real Estate (Steel & Civil) industry.
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve individual sales targets.
∎ Should have good negotiation skills and capable to close deals independently.
∎ Must be self-motivated/challenging.
