Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to sourcing & procurement of Machinery, materials, spare parts & Supply Chain Management,
∎ Responsible to sourcing of potential suppliers on regular basis, evaluating suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of purchase orders.
∎ Responsible to coordination with Factory Engineer & store for routine material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
∎ Responsible to follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, short or excess supply, damaged or returned materials.
∎ Responsible to controlling the documents and ensuring all documentations as per standard.
∎ Responsible to data collection and verification on machinery and equipment's' output performance.
∎ Maintains purchasing records and related documentation ( Purchased products, delivery Information & Invoices)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Understand SAP module of the maintenance management software.
∎ Computer literacy is compulsory in MS office packages and especially excellent skills in MS EXCEL and MS WORD is must.
