Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze Purchase Requisitions (PR), Prepare Comparative Statements (CS), issue Purchase Orders (PO), and follow up on deliveries.
∎ Build and maintain a strong network of suppliers and vendors for Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Detection, Spares, and Civil items.
∎ Check and verify bills and forward them to the Accounts department for payment processing.
∎ Manage the vendor selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity, and reliability to ensure optimal procurement.
∎ Ensure regular market visits for monitoring the market price of materials, updating market intelligence, competent vendor enlisting's, etc.
∎ Collaborate with Finance, Store, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within the supply chain.
