∎ Graduation from a reputed University with good academics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for identifying opportunities for packaging development and planning, designing and implementing packaging development projects and initiatives
∎ Ensure that packaging developed meets business needs
∎ Development of packaging material (Primary / Secondary/ Tertiary) after receiving complete input from marketing & coordinate for plant trial and ensure packaging developed meets specification needs
∎ Responsible for preparation of Packaging material specifications
∎ Responsible for checking shade cards and print proofs for primary and secondary packaging materials
∎ Responsible for new vendor development and order placement
∎ Work with relevant departments to manage requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having 2-3 years' experience in the domain.
∎ Should have good knowledge of plastic bottles (HDPE/PET), tubes, laminates, monocartons, metal containers, caps, glass jars, glass bottles, plastic jars, plastic bottles etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing (FMCG), Trade Marketing
∎ Should have sound knowledge in marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Experience in a reputed FMCG organization, preferably in the Food & Beverage Industry.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking.
