Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Counseling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates.
∎ Order Follow-up / Coordination.
∎ Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Review and confirm Purchase Orders.
∎ Handle customers' inquiries.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Lingeries, Mold Cup.
∎ Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Good command over both in English and Bangla.
