Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any public university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, schedule and execute all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance in feed mill
∎ Coordinate with production and purchase department to prepare maintenance plan and to ensure spare parts availability
∎ Prepare annual maintenance budget, provide schedule expenditure plan, track the budget over the year and ensure that all maintenance works are done within approved budget
∎ Establish safety structure in feed mill as per guidelines of Occupational Safety Structure (OSS) and ensure it's effective implementation and utilization
∎ Ensure all safety parameters are maintained during maintenance to reduce lost time accident and provide safety counselling to all staffs
∎ Ensure all operational data are recorded in ERP with accuracy and stipulated time frame

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 4 years maintenance experience in Feed-Mill/ Cement industry
∎ Training on TPM and Lean Manufacturing
