Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demand planning and execution for overall domestic and export truck requirements
∎ Responsible to improve CIWO ( Check In & Check Out) & WIWO ( Weight In Weight Out) at plant
∎ Developing new channels to bring product to the nearest picking point or at POD within shortest possible time
∎ Cost benefit analysis to select the most cost-effective route to send cement to customer
∎ Support the PICK customer by arranging trucks and enhancing facility further
∎ Responsible for audit requirements
∎ Updating market intelligence data for truck, freight, and other capability and opportunity
∎ Follow up initiative to maintain tolerance through scale
∎ Actively work in Route To Market for improving existing channels
∎ Month closing reporting including generate various reports time to time
∎ Support shift during peak times and other critical times to curve costs as well as improve operational efficiency
∎ Cross-functional collaboration to exchange information to bring out the best from limited resources
∎ Arrange various training & workshops to improve working experience of FTE as well as contractual personnel
