∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in SCM will also add more value

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with store users, production, raw materials section to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
∎ Assist to prepare/update fruitful procurement strategies & policies, SOP, Modules and manuals to standardize procurement system.
∎ Conducting market research for finding potential vendors of raw materials, accessories, spare parts, printing stationary and other daily needs to run factory production.
∎ Collecting quotations from potential vendors & suppliers.
∎ Comparing & evaluating offers from different suppliers, vendors & preparing comparative statement.
∎ Finalizing suppliers' terms and condition to achieve organization's objective.
∎ Finalizing purchase through ERP process, raising purchase order to potential supplier and taking approval from Department Head.
∎ Receiving bills from supplier & ensuring suppliers' payment.
∎ Maintaining updated records of purchased products, quality specifications, price trend, delivery information, stock levels etc.
∎ Checking & receiving of daily MR/PR/Indent and taking action accordingly.
∎ Preparing monthly statement and submit to Department Head (asper need).
∎ Yearly supplier's evaluation report
∎ Any other job assigned by the Head of Department or supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellence in MS Excel, MS Office, Procurement software's (Applicants having hands on experience in those mentioned skills will be preferred)
∎ Certification in Supply Chain Management will add value.
Salary: Negotiable
