∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to place orders on time.
∎ To ensure procurement activities for timely & accurate purchase, delivery and payment
∎ To liaise with supplier/ sub-contractor for non-deliveries, quality or breached terms & conditions
∎ To liaise with accounts for advance payment and payment transfer details of suppliers
∎ To develop & maintain good relationship with suppliers & negotiate better shipment terms
∎ To seek shipping/ freight forwarding companies from supplying countries & negotiate rates / fees etc.
∎ To raising the PO for all the materials through ERP software.
∎ To coordinating with the store for receiving the material
∎ To inform execution team if there is any delay in the material.
∎ To prepare budget

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills to coordinate & negotiate with multiple parties
∎ Comes with existing connections and knowledge of international suppliers for interior works.
∎ Experience in logistics process & knowledgeable on local customs standards & procedures
∎ Knowledge in supplier performance & evaluation is an advantage
∎ Good planning & organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Ability to balance priorities, identify & address problems and meet deadlines
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications
