∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in SCM will also add more value

Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review inventory levels and coordinate with production team to determine procurement needs
∎ Collect quotations from potential vendors & suppliers
∎ Prepare CS statement and strategic work plan for imported materials
∎ Arrange testing of materials new suppliers.
∎ Finalize suppliers' terms and condition to achieve organization's objective.
∎ Process all purchases through ERP - raise purchase order, secure approvals, upload documents, etc.
∎ Collect quotations from Freight Forwarders and prepare CS Statement
∎ Finalize Freight Forwarders' terms and condition to achieve organization's objective.
∎ Monitor and review all import related banking activities such as issuing LC, LCA, Advance Payment, Bill Payment, Release of Shipping Documents, etc.
∎ Monitor status of shipment and follow up with Freight forwarder to ensure timely delivery
∎ Monitor CnF Agent activity and provide guidance and all necessary supporting documentation to ensure timely cargo clearance from port
∎ Complete work cycle of all import activity.
∎ Assist HOD in preparing annual import and financial plan
∎ Assist HOD to develop fruitful procurement strategies & policies, SOPs, modules and manuals to standardize import procurement system.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, quality specifications, price trend, delivery information, stock levels etc.
∎ Prepare annual supplier/vendor evaluation report to HOD
∎ Any other job assigned by the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellence in MS Excel, MS Office, Procurement software's (Applicants having hands on experience in those mentioned skills will be preferred)
∎ Certification in Supply Chain Management will add value.
∎ At least 3 years working experience in SCM (import procurement) in any reputed manufacturing company.
Salary: Negotiable
