∎ Rider Leather Bags & Luggage Factory Ltd. is 100% export oriented Luggage and Bag manufacturer. We are looking for an energetic & positive mindset well- experienced personnel for our IE Department.
∎ Workplace - Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an excellent Management capability.
∎ Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.
∎ Ensure safe working practices are maintained. Completing tasks according to SOP.
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total production process.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the marketing & planning departments.
∎ To monitor production achievement and deviation with target at every hour of a day.
∎ Minimizing wastes, defects and rejections to a reasonable level to ensure profitability.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 year(s) experience in IE and Production in export oriented woven garments, jacket, footwear or bag factory.
