• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

• Experience in social media design and digital marketing creatives.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity under tight deadlines.

• Design engaging visuals for digital and print media including banners, posters, flyers, brochures and advertisements.

• Create social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.

• Develop promotional creatives for internet packages, offers and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.

• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all visual materials.

• Design UI elements for websites, landing pages, and app-based promotions (if required).

• Edit and optimize images and videos for marketing use.

• Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines with high-quality standards.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor design strategies in ISP/telecom sector.
