Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (CC), CMA (Partly qualified), ACCA with Masters/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed University with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper calculation of VAT & TDS from supplier's bill & deposited to Govt. Treasury.
∎ Counting of inventory on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Bank Payment Voucher and all kind of Journal voucher posting to tally software.
∎ Product costing of local purchases, own production and Import purchase.
∎ Bank reconciliation.
∎ Daily sales invoice checking and monitoring of Sales Software.
∎ Reconciliation of physical stock with sales software & tally software.
∎ Goods receiving posting to sales software (Local & Import purchases and factory production)
∎ Sales posting to tally software.
∎ Goods delivery challan & Goods return challan checking & filling.
∎ Periodically audit the different strategic business units inside and outside Dhaka.
∎ Carry out inventory audit from time to time.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Should have experience in software based accounting system (Tally Software).
∎ Microsoft Excel and Access: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office application is a must
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in similar or related responsibility.
∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
∎ Excellent Computer Skill
∎ Must be an expert in using Microsoft Office; Specially Microsoft Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skill
