Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in computer science & Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints
∎ Identify and escalate issues to concern departments
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work under pressure and 24X7 roster duty (Morning/Evening/Night shift)
∎ Hard working, result driven, friendly attitude.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
∎ Must be very good in written and oral communications both in English and Bengali.
∎ Good hands-on skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Salary: Negotiable
