Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for internet connectivity, data, and related ICT solutions. Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate and SME clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts. Coordinate with technical, provisioning, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities when required. Build and maintain a strong client engagement and retention strategy to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additional Requirements: Strong understanding of internet connectivity solutions (Broadband, Data, cloud, etc.) is an advantage. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel within assigned territory when required. Basic understanding of network concepts, SLAs, and service-level management. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and customer trends. Experience: Preferably 2-4 years of experience in sales, ISP, telecom, or ICT services.
