Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the Core, Backbones, and Access layer IP networks in a 24/7 environment. Ensure end-to-end network reachability and high availability across global destinations. Respond to network alarms, incidents, and escalations, performing first- and second-level troubleshooting. Plan, deploy, maintain, and execute network changes in line with SOPs and change management. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and firmware. Perform security threat analysis and implement risk mitigation measures. Manage IP resources, network inventory, and backups. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and upstream providers, and handle required reporting. Document technical procedures and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. Experience: Preferable 1/2 years of working experience (Fresher are also encourage to apply) Salary : Negotiable
