Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, etc. for priority customers (Priority Customer Service).
∎ Provide information about upay products and services.
∎ Keep the record of details of customer inquiries and providing solutions.
∎ Receive customer complaints & escalate for resolution.
∎ Capture the Voice of customer and notify the concerned team.
∎ Prepare reports on a regular frequency.
∎ upay App demonstration.
∎ Facilitate the priority customers to registration in upay.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Decent & Positive attitude.
∎ Good pronunciation both in Bangla & English.
∎ Tech-savvy / Hands-on different MFS/DFS & apps.
∎ Good computer skills & soft skills on mobile.
∎ Priority customer handling ability.
