∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer queries.
∎ Logistics activities as per requirement of organization with any kind of permission from CDA.
∎ Overseeing the apartment Registration issues such as Sale Permission, Plot/ Flat Mutation, registration.
∎ Providing post-sales services such as optional modifications, materials selection, and addressing related customer needs.
∎ Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) matters, such as issuing money receipts, resolving customer payment-related queries etc.
∎ Overseeing the handover process such as final account preparation, key handover etc.
∎ Performing tasks in accordance with management instructions as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate industry
∎ Good at writing, communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Adequate skill in MS Office & MS Excel
