Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties/Responsibilities:
∎ EXPORT:
∎ 1. Export related all work need to know & Must have experience in EPZ zone
∎ 2. Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Issue Exp. from Bank & Send to C & F Agent, Sales Contract for Buyer, Shipment Status, Bank Document Status, Payment Documents.
∎ 3. Place Booking to forwarder for Air & Sea Shipment, Check Draft BL, FCR & HAWAB, Confirm for Release OBL/HBL/ HWAB.
∎ 4. Follow-up with Freight Forwarder, C & F for smooth operation of Export Any other task provided by the Supervisor time to time
∎ 5. Check Cost Sheet & Sales Contract upon request from Merchandise
∎ 6. Checking the description of the goods, unit price, mode of the shipment and all others terms & conditions of the L/C
∎ 7. Check export Register daily finally report to management.
∎ 8. Work with bank, BGMEA, Customs, Shipping line, Freight forward and C&F.
∎ 9. Communication with Local Trading/Buying House, BGMEA, Customs, Forwarder to Coordinates with the concerned departments in order to smooth operations of commercial function.
∎ 10. Work with SAP in export side.
∎ IMPORT:
∎ 1. Opening L/C(all kind of back to back),like opening all kind of Machineries L/C, ALL kind of chemical & raw materials import & all kind of accessories L/C.
∎ 2. Communicate with shipping line, Forwarder & C&F people to release goods from Chittagong & Dhaka airport.
∎ 3. Using off shore banking to opening L/C
∎ 4. Maintain liaison with the concerned domestic and foreign authorities related to Export and Import.
∎ 5. All commercial related documents & Deal with Bank regarding all the matters related to import & export like.
