∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source all kind of trims and accessories from local and foreign suppliers including purchase cost analysis, quality development, price negotiation.
∎ Source, analyze and enlist new suppliers for trims and accessories.
∎ Procure Trims and accessories based on requirement including order placing, goods in-house follow-up, payment proceed and follow-up, after delivery issue solving with factory and suppliers.
∎ Maintain proper follow up tracking for procurement and record keeping of necessary documents e.g. approval copy.
∎ Cost saving analysis and budget planning to ensure minimum cost for required quality and quantity.
∎ Work on projection to save costing of procurement process and facilitate on-time delivery.
∎ Analyze suppliers’ performance to ensure smooth procurement process.
∎ Communicate and co-operate with other departments.
∎ Maintain good business relation with suppliers.
