Face-to-Face Customer Support, Fluent in speaking english

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work to ensure the smooth operation of showroom for Employees and Customers.
∎ Resolves Customer complaints in the display by employing sound negotiating techniques.
∎ Use own design skills and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the products that will achieve their design and durability objectives.
∎ Enhance relationships with current clients to increase sales.
∎ Oversee Showroom merchandising and Product, maintenance of showroom operation, monitoring cleanliness.
∎ Able to acquire product knowledge and Specification to deliver the prospective customer.
∎ Acquire & update price information
∎ Resolve & handle customer's queries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking like Native.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in both English and Bangla in positive or negative situations.
