∎ We, Shodesh Shipping & Logistic Company, are one of the renowned international freight forwarding companies looking for a competent, enthusiastic, goal oriented & potential candidate for the position of Executive to organize & manage the logistics operation of our organization.
∎ Job Location: Chattogram (Head Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing and managing import & export works along with proper documentation.
∎ Managing and monitoring the logistics operation from port to factory of clients.
∎ Responding to clients' requests or issues in professional manner and Maintaining trustworthy relationships with them.
∎ Maintaining proper records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
∎ Dealing in synchronization with Shipping Lines, Government Officials, other freight forwarders, Co-loader, Customs high officials, Transport regarding Import & Export of consignments.
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
∎ Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and corresponding e-mails, drafting memos, organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders when
∎ necessary.
∎ Reporting to the Manager
∎ Performing any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proficiency in the use of Office Management (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Should have sound speed in English and Bangla typing.
∎ Should be smart., honest, sincere and punctual.
