Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from any renowned University / institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Responsible for developing plans to monitor transportation resource utilization levels and reviewing the efficiency of transportation operations.
∎ To supervise a transport operations team, and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology.
∎ Job Location: Ishwardi, Rooppur, Pabna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & maintain all Logistics Vehicles & Equipment.
∎ To ensure identification of vehicle troubles, repairs, routine maintenance, and integrated logistics solutions to improve overall transport plan.
∎ To develop methods and techniques to manage time.
∎ To develop a transport risk management plan to improve the process of transport execution
∎ To monitor the vehicles maintenance, workshop field work, minor & major accidental risks, Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents
∎ To ensure the scheduled maintenance for all vehicles.
∎ To maintain the spare parts stock, verify the major spare parts in inventory.
∎ To ensure the creation of a Purchase Requisition.
∎ To ensure and maintain the Vehicle wise service register book.
∎ To monitor the outer repair work (Lathe workshop, radiator, denting, painting contractual work, etc.)
∎ To monitor & ensure minor & major maintenance report, vehicle documents & record of repair works, processing & checking.
∎ To ensure preparation of daily maintenance reports of different types of engine and vehicle.
∎ To Optimize resource and cost.
∎ Maintain logs for maintenance of each vehicle and equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic management, Equipment
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer Skills, Word And Excel etc.
∎ Store and spare parts Management.
