Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare files and documents of Vessel sourcing, Hiring and Payment related Issue.
∎ Perform all necessary calculations for Vessel Hiring as per set Terms & Conditions
∎ Communicate with both internal external Stakeholders and Charterers for execution of Work Orders
∎ Prepare different Notes and Reports on Monthly activities and performance
∎ Update all the Vessel and Voyage associated documents and files
∎ Arrange and provide necessary data and information for negotiation, costing, budgeting etc
∎ Reconcile of documents which are communicated among different internal and external parties
∎ Check and follow up remittance, banking transactions and combine with accounts department
∎ Collaborate with Foreign Trade on freight value, LC payments, invoicing etc
∎ Execute any functional assignments and tasks as per Management directive
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be well conversant in English
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills
∎ Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
∎ Ability to priorities work and ensure proper delivery on time
∎ Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Salary: Negotiable
