∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Naval Architecture from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintenance, Production, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth production with qualified product to meet the target.
∎ Production planning as per target.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of machines according to target.
∎ Monitor the production process, parameters, checklist, materials & surroundings.
∎ Determine quality control standards.
∎ Distribute section work as per schedule.
∎ Prepare report on daily production and submit to the Production Manager.
∎ Observe, receive, and obtain information from all relevant sources.
∎ Identify the problems and fix the problem with the right solution.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping and updating paper works.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personals on the use of all control points, equipment and resources.
∎ Maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Manage the shift and supervise employees.
∎ Handover the shift in proper manner.
∎ Keep records of employee attendance & hours worked.
∎ Prepare report on the plant or machine breakdown to the Maintenance Department.
∎ Attend Departmental or General Meeting and Training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Employee need to stay near factory (Narayangonj) is mandatory
∎ Should have experience in battery industry
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must.

Salary: Negotiable
