Fabric Manufacturing, Geotextile Industry, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise shifts to meet production targets.
∎ Maintain manpower and administrative activities of the section.
∎ Check work progress, and quality with performance.
∎ Follow up the production process and find out the defects of the process, if any.
∎ Prepare various production-related reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Candidates need to stay near the factory (Narayangonj) is mandatory
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good Proficiency in written and spoken in English.
∎ Ability to manage challenges and work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, Confident, and proactive.
∎ Candidates have to do shifting duties.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS Office applications is a must.
