Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field visits, coordinating and monitoring the customers.
∎ Prompt identify and resolve service issues.
∎ Create and maintain a database of clients.
∎ Maintain good relationships to resolve service issue.
∎ Provide service and application support as per SOP.
