∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Automobile Engineering from any reputed Institute.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Find potential vendors for vehicle spare parts maintenance, and any other daily needs related items.
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers and initiate business activities.
∎ Finalize purchase details and enter order details in to internal database .
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, quality specifications, delivery information and stock levels.
∎ Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain supplier relationship. Prepare contracts with suppliers, terms and conditions, delivery time, quality, payment.
∎ Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
∎ Should know when the stock is about to finish and report to the corresponding personnel about it.
∎ Work with the workshop service team to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
∎ Enlisting materials/spare parts incoming and keeping record of outgoing in physical register as well as computerized software.
