Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Purchase
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect PI and Order confirm with the concern of the department head.
∎ Necessary documents prepare for opening LC & Margin arrangement
∎ Prerequisite to the financial department for fund arrangements against import order.
∎ Need to communicate with the bank.
∎ Shipping document Collections and follow up
∎ Closely work with CNF agent for clearing goods.
∎ Nominate transport & follow-up.
∎ Collect GRR and Filling
∎ Collect all necessary vouchers and close the file after notifying the department head
∎ Maintain LC file as per given Check List.
∎ Prepare application and related documents for different licensing.
∎ PI issue after receiving PO from the buyer.
∎ Arrange VAT Challan & Delivery Challan Collect.
∎ Prepare LC documents as per LC and submit for party seal and sign.
∎ Prepare export documents as per LC and submit to bank for endorsement and then submit to LC issuing bank.
∎ Follow up buyer acceptance with LC issuing bank.
∎ Check Payment receiving amount, collect AIT certificate against Payment & Collect other payment deduction vouchers.
∎ Monthly Spare parts consumption count and closely work with the Store department
∎ Mail correspondence with Suppliers and other stack holders, sourcing as per factory requirement.
∎ Other work as per Department Head Instruction.
