∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Construction Material Handling Equipment, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving indent, reviewing required quantity, current stock, and consumption pattern before preparing procurement plan.
∎ Coordinating with factory/user department for technical specification, samples etc.
∎ Preparing RFQ / Tender and float inquiry to approved vendors for spare parts and consumables
∎ Collecting quotation and doing technical evaluation consulting with user department before making CS.
∎ Exploring and selecting potential sources of vendor and follow necessary procedure for enlistment.
∎ Negotiating and preparing final CS for local items and obtain recommendation from Head of the Department as well as final approval from respective authority.
∎ Preparing purchase orders/work orders and getting approval from respective authority.
∎ Following up pipe line materials to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Resolving purchase/work order differences & non-compliance with suppliers.
∎ Settling supplier bills / claims and follow up with accounts for timely payment.
∎ Updating PO / INDENT register as well as internal office files
∎ Preparing different types of reports/statements to meet the queries of management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Experience in relevant industry will get preference
