Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source potential suppliers on regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers.
∎ Material requirement fulfill as per management requirement.
∎ Build and maintain good relationship with clients, line managers as well as the entire team to understand needs and objectives
∎ Conduct market survey for materials and contractors.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports when required
∎ Daily visit in the Market & collect different quotation from different Markets.
∎ Selecting supplier through price comparison, cost analysis & negotiation.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
