Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concerned department and proceed with the order placement to meet the requirement on time.
∎ 2. Monitor stocks of local raw material of factory to ensure availability.
∎ 3. Collect quotations from vendors & negotiate prices to ensure the purchase in competitive rate.
∎ 4. Prepare comparative statement and take approval from management to finalize the purchase orders with suppliers.
∎ 5. Visit market frequently and source products, raw materials and suppliers regularly.
∎ 6. Prepare different types of reports as and when required.
