Job Responsibilities:
∎ CCTV surveillance.
∎ Monitor office supply levels.
∎ Medical attention in an emergency.
∎ Monitor and supervise the canteen management system.
∎ Monitoring and checking different bills of purchase, food, logistics, etc.
∎ Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
∎ Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
∎ Oversee office maintenance and upkeep of furniture, sanitary items, wall paintings, and civil aspects of the premises.
∎ Proper monitoring of all security register such as visitor lock books, gate pass, vehicle lock books, goods in-out register, etc.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, monitor and maintain effective functionalists of Electricity, Substation, Generator, Water supply, and air coolers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ABILITY TO WORK ON A NIGHT SHIFT ROSTER.
∎ Leadership, good judgment, sense of urgency and accountability, time- management skills.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize findings, and create reports effectively.
