∎ Minimum 03- 05 years of experience in Solid facility maintenance in any reputed pharmaceuticals company

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of process machinery for the solid manufacturing unit.
∎ Supervise and guide daily electro-mechanical troubleshooting, diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime, and maintain detailed records.
∎ Ensure the execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance to facilitate smooth operations.
∎ Proactively participate in Quality Management System (QMS) activities, ensuring timely closure of Change Requests (CR), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Deviations, and Risk Assessments.
∎ Execute calibration and validation activities for existing and new machinery and equipment in collaboration with the Calibration Department and vendors.
∎ Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained as per pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
∎ Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare and manage Change Control documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), User Requirement Specifications (URS), and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols.
∎ Develop and implement an annual preventive maintenance schedule.
∎ Maintain and update the Equipment Master List.
∎ Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Train and mentor operators, technicians, and helpers to enhance their skills and ensure effective deployment planning.
∎ Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
