Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA and/ MBA or Bachelor and/Master's degree preferably in Operations and/Supply Chain Management or in Marketing with a good Academic result and a high level of command in English, both spoken and written.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and receive/send pre-alerts to all stakeholders: shipping lines, airlines, shipping agents, freight forwarders and local customers.
∎ Manage all administrative matters of freight and customs operations: bookings, orders tracking, documentations, custom declarations, cash outlay co-ordination, shipments follow-up, monitor clearance & deliveries.
∎ Manage timely receipt and submission of documentation for import and export of air/sea freight clearance: AWB, HAWB, Permits, Manifest, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of ladings, Certificate of Origin, Hazardous Cargo Declaration etc.
∎ Coordinate Import and Export freight bookings including Air/Sea (FCL/LCL)/Cross Border Trucking/Inland Clearance & Trucking.
∎ Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and Vendors/Principals/Agents.
∎ Tracking new job instructions and any changes from email and portal and provide necessary inputs in the web portal as per job requirements and any changes from shippers end.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Excellent command over English
∎ Ability to work in teams
∎ Must be comfortable with email communications
∎ Passion for exploring and learning about the Freight Forwarding industry
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strong multi-tasking ability
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, productive with a reliable working attitude
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Applicants having 2-3 years of experience in documentation and customer service under Freight Forwarding industry will get preference

Salary: Negotiable
